> Click on your chosen file and it should automatically download to your computer. Go to your downloads folder and then move this file to a chosen location, where you can find it again in the future if you need to. If you download the meditations one at a time then do this for each of the 6 audio files.
> Click on the file/s and open them in your chosen media player on your computer.
Download to Mobile Devices
> Android Mobile: Can download files directly to devices.
>iOS Mobile: Apple users who have upgraded their mobile devices to iOS 13/iPadOS can download directly to their device. Please choose to "download" not "view."
For those that have not upgraded to iOS 13 or iPadOS, due to Apple Software Restrictions on mobile devices (not computers), you must first download your files to a Mac or PC and then transfer to your device using iTunes. Please note that the Files app only works with Safari and does not work with any other browser.
If you would like to run the audio file on your smart device, you may first need to save the MP3 file on your computer. Then right click over the file you have just saved and select "Open With" and choose either iTunes or Windows Media Player. You will then need to sync your iPod, iPad, or iPhone with your iTunes program, or your Smart Phone or Tablet with your Windows Media program.
